Return Policy: All sales of artwork on Chet Wooding’s website are final. Once an art piece is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or compatibility issues. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product details, images, and dimensions provided before making a purchase decision.

Damaged or Defective Artwork: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective artwork, please contact Chet (macwooding@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs, to assess the issue. If the damage or defect is confirmed to be a result of our error or during transit, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Non-Arrival: If your artwork does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If the package is deemed lost, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Cancellation: Once an order for artwork has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
